Terms of service

What MassageMenu is
MassageMenu is a web service for massage and spa salons: a digital menu guests use on a tablet or phone, a salon page with a QR code, and a reception screen that shows incoming session cards. It is operated by the MassageMenu team, reachable at the address below.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Beta and pricing
The service is in beta and free until the beta ends. Paid plans may be introduced after that, and we will announce them well in advance — you will never be charged silently.
Beta also means things change: features may be added, adjusted or removed as the product matures.
Your account and your salon
You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts to create a salon account.
You are responsible for what your salon page shows: that services, prices and opening hours are accurate, that you have the rights to any photos you upload, and that your use of the service is lawful where you operate.
What you upload stays yours. You grant MassageMenu the permission needed to host it and show it to your guests — that is all we use it for, and it ends when the content or the account is deleted. The MassageMenu software itself remains ours.
Keep your front-desk PIN inside your team — it is what stands between the public menu and your reception screen.
One account owns one salon. Do not impersonate another business.
Health information
Guests can flag health restrictions so your therapist can work safely. MassageMenu transmits what the guest enters — it does not verify it, and it is not a medical device or medical advice. Screening guests for contraindications and deciding whether a treatment is safe remains entirely the salon's professional responsibility.
Fair use
Do not attempt to break into other salons' data, flood reception screens, scrape the service, or use it to send spam. We rate-limit abusive traffic and may suspend accounts that harm the service or other salons — with notice, unless the abuse is ongoing.
Keep reception notes about the session, not the person: guests are anonymous by design, so do not type names, phone numbers or other personal details into a card.
Data
How data is handled is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms. In short: owners give us an email, guests stay anonymous, session cards self-delete after 30 days.
You can export your menu or delete your account at any time by emailing us.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
If we ever discontinue MassageMenu, salon owners get at least 30 days' notice and a way to export their menu and data first.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page and by email to salon owners; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
