Questions & answers

Do guests need to install anything?

No. The kiosk is a web page: the QR opens it in the browser, ready in a second.

What devices does the salon need?

Any tablet or phone with a browser for the desk, and any device for reception. Nothing else.

How do guests without English use it?

The first screen is language choice: English, Russian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai. Everything after that is icons, photos and taps.

What data do you store about guests?

None. Session cards are anonymous and auto-delete after 30 days.

How much will it cost after beta?

Beta salons keep a free plan. Paid plans will come later for extras, and we will announce them long in advance.
